This quote can go many different ways but what i think he trying to say is that there are many different bad guys out there but they only go after the gangster. They go for the people who dress like him rather they all high class. Iverson is trying to say there can bad guy that dress all formal in a suit and tie but they wont go after him because of the outside look. People now a days look at people from the outside and not get to know each other before judging them. Once quoted never judge a book by its cover and that's what people today.
